Vice President Brand & Digital Marketing
Summary of Job:
The Vice President of Brand & Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading all aspects of our Corporate and Product Marketing Strategy while also overseeing our Digital Marketing Services group. This Executive will define and elevate the company’s brand, position our products in the market, and drive demand generation to accelerate revenue growth. In addition, they will lead a client facing digital services organization with expertise in websites, paid media, and emerging e-commerce solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on executional excellence.
Description of Job Duties:
Corporate & Product Marketing
- Own the Corporate Brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
- Lead product marketing across all offerings, including go-to-market planning, packaging, pricing, and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create sales enablement assets and thought leadership content.
- Manage corporate communications, PR, and event strategies to amplify the company’s presence.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Build and execute integrated B2B demand generation programs that consistently drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Lead digital acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Establish a metrics driven culture with regular reporting on pipeline contribution, CAC, LTV, and campaign performance.
Digital Marketing Services Group
- Lead the digital marketing services organization, responsible for delivering websites, paid media, SEO, mobile applications, and e-commerce solutions to clients.
- Ensure client campaigns are data driven, measurable, and aligned with performance goals.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to expand offerings and integrate new capabilities (i.e., e-commerce).
- Serve as an Executive point of contact for strategic clients, helping drive growth and innovation

Required Education, Knowledge and Special Skills:
- 10+ years of progressive Marketing Leadership experience, including Brand/Product Marketing and Digital Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B demand generation engines that deliver measurable pipelines.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing Services (websites, paid media, SEO, e-commerce).
- Strong experience in Product Marketing, including market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
- Exceptional Leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary Teams.
- Data driven decision maker with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Excellent communicator with Executive Presence and client facing credibility.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Prior experience in the Pharmacy Industry
- Combine deep experience in brand and product marketing with a proven track record of building scalable demand generation engines and leading Digital Marketing Team
